لقيمات

اللقيمات وتسمى بدول عربية اخرى عوامات. تعددت الطرق وتعددت الأذواق. وبالنسبة لي الافضل تلك التي تكون مقرمشة من الخارج ذهبية وهشة من الداخل وتكون مع الزعفران.

المقداير:
كوب طحين عادي.
٣/٤ كوب ماء دافئ.
ملعقة صغيرة خمرة ناشفة.
٣ ملاعق طعام روب عادي.
قليلا من الزعفران.

الطريقة:
تخلط المقادير كلها في وعاء وتغلق بإحكام وتوضع في مكان دافئ لمدة ساعة ونصف.
يجهز وعاء مع الزيت ويبدء بتشكيل اللقيمات وتقليبها بالزيت الحار حتى تصبح ذهبية ثم ترفع من على النار وتوضع في طبق مع ورق لتنشيف الدهن.
تقدم ساخنة مع العسل او الشيرة بالهيل والزعفران.




Lugaimat

It is a sweet dish and is the most popular in the Holly month of Ramadhan.

Ingredients:
1 cup of flour.
3/4 cup of warm water.
1 tea spoon of dried yeast.
3 table spoon of natural yogurt.
Little saffron.
Oil for frying.
Syrup or honey for serving.


Method:
mix all ingredients in a bowl then cover it and put it somewhere warm for an hour and a half.
Heat up the oil and gradually drop some of the dough.
Turn them over in the hot oil until they are golden brown.
Then spoon the lugaimat out and place them with tissues to absorb the oil.
Pour over the top some honey or preferably syrup.

Rankeenak

الرنگينك او الرنگينة طبق حلويات اساسه الرطب ويمكن استخدام التمر فيه ويقدم مع القهوة العربية.

المقادير:
٣ أكواب رطب او تمر منزوع النوى
٢ كوب جوز او لوز او اي نوع من المكسرات
ملعقتين دارسين (قرفة) ناعم
كوب طحين عادي
٣/٤ كوب زيت نباتي


الطريقة:
يحشى الرطب او التمر بنوع من انواع المكسرات في طبق التقديم.
تحضر طبقة الطحينه بحمس الطحين على النار لمدة ١٠ دقائق على نار متوسطة ثم يضاف الزيت ويظل على النار ٥ دقائق ثم يصب على التمر او الرطب.
يزين الطبق بمزيد من المكسرات ثم يرش الوجه بالدارسين او القرفة الناعمة ويقدم.

Rangeenak
Is a sweet dish usually eaten with Arabic coffee.

Ingredients:
3 cups of dates
3 cups of different nuts such as walnut or almond or both
2 table spoon of ground cinnamon
1cup of flour
3/4 cup of vegetable oil




Preparation:
Stuff the dates with nuts and arrange them in a serving dish.
Prepare the tahini by heating the flour in a pan for about 10 minutes on medium heat.
Add the oil and keep stir for another 5 minutes then take it off the heat.
Pour the tahini over the stuffed dates then sparkle with some more nuts and ground cinnamon.
To be Served with an Arabic coffee
