Salmon with mango chutney

Ingredient:
2 large fillet of fresh salmon (4kg)
1 cup of chopped onion
1 table spoon of chopped garlic
1/2 a cup of lemon juice
1/2 a cup of olive oil
2 cups of mango chutney
1 cup of chopped herbs (parsley, coriander)
Salt, black popper, ground cinnamon

Cooking:
Place the salmon in an oven tray, then Mix all ingredients in a bowl, and then cover the salmon.
Leave it to cook in a 250• fan oven for 30-40 minutes
Serve it with veg or rice
